Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking your tour.

1. Guest Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before tour:
  Full refund or reschedule available at no extra charge.
• Less than 48 hours before tour:
  No refund. You may request to reschedule once, subject to availability.
• No-show without notice:
  No refund. Please be on time.

2. Weather or Safety Cancellations (By Us)

• If we cancel due to bad weather, unsafe conditions, or other unavoidable reasons:
  You will receive a full refund or We will help you reschedule for another available time

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• For payments made via credit/debit card or UPI, the amount will be refunded to the original source.
• No cash refunds will be made.

4. Changes to Your Booking

• You may change your booking time/date at least 24 hours before the tour.

5. Group or Private Bookings

For large groups or private tours, special cancellation terms may apply. Please contact us directly for group bookings.
