Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking your tour.
Guest Cancellations: No refund will be provided once the ticket is booked.
Weather or Safety Cancellations (By Us): If we cancel due to bad weather, unsafe conditions, or other unavoidable reasons, You will receive a full refund or We will help you reschedule for another available time.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. For payments made via credit/debit card or UPI, the amount will be refunded to the original source.
Changes to Your Booking: You cannot change the dates of the booking once the ticket is booked.
Group or Private Bookings: For large groups or private tours, special cancellation terms may apply. Please contact us directly for group bookings.
